Rotating blades
A total of 34 (CZ50) or 68 (CZ100) chips have been embedded in a rotating drum.
Fixed blades
Each pulverizer has 2 banks of fixed blades (each with 18 blades for the CZ50, and 35 for the CZ100). Alloyed steel construction ensures a long service life. Rotation allows the blades to be used in each of 4 locations.
Discharge
Pulverized materials are discharged in a uniform size.
Control box and control panel
The separately installed control box brings all control switches together and allows parameters such as the pusher application time to be set.
Chips
Chips are constructed of alloyed steel and are rotated for use in 4 locations.
Screens
Select from 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 20, and 30 mm screens for desired particle size.
Interlock
To ensure safe operation, the pulverizer will not operate when the hopper is open.
